Agar Agar (E406) is a hydrocolloid extracted from seaweed of the class Rhodophyceae purified by filtration processes and commercialized in powder form and in different gelling types. Agar-Agar is a polysaccharide, consisting primarily of D- and L-galactose units.
Agar-Agar is used in the food industry as gelling, stabilizing and thickening agent for different applications like dietetic marmalades, yoghurts, gelatin replacement and other applications with specific textures.

CASTEVIA, manufactured by our partner Gonzalo Castelló is a unique and perfect blend of erythritol (E 968) and Rebaudioside A (E-960) the most high-grade extract from the stevia plant. Dextrose

Dextrose monohydrate is a monosaccharide, produced by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch (available from different origins). It is a white crystalline powder having a sweet taste. Dextrose is used in food and pharmaceutical applications.

dl-Malic acid

dl-Malic acid (E296) is a white, crystalline product produced by chemical synthesis of maleic acid. dl-Malic acid has a strong acidic taste and is available in different granulation types.
