Liquid acid mixtures have been in production since 1996 at the Woerrstadt location under the UDAL trade name. With a warehousing capcity of up to 500 tonnes and a production capacity of up to 3,000 tonnes the subsidiary UD Blendings Produktions GmbH founded on the 5th of November 2004 specialises in the innovative processing of buffer acids. These are primarily used in hard candies. Applying a well-proven HACCP concept the company develops and produces liquid acids such as buffer lactic acid (UDAL BF), buffered citric acid (UDAL CL, CLP, CLPH), citric acid solutions (UDAL LC), potassium sorbate solution (UDAL PSL) and a biocide (UDAL LT) as well as tailored solutions to client specifications.

UD Blendings presented another product innovation in the form of BONSALT. Together with our Spanish associate Tartaros Gonzalo UD Blendings will take over exclusive marketing of the sodium-free salt. Additional purely natural substances give this sodium-free alternative to normal talbe salt an excellent taste and give diabetics and those with high blook pressure new options.
